Return & Refund Policy

We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies are applicable to (USA) country.

  • 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

If you wish to return an item and want a refund, please notify us within 30 days after delivery via email to contact@nextdayboost.com If you have found a defective product, damaged, or wrong item delivered by us. Then please send us a picture of the contents of package and the package Label. We will then send the courier to collect the item for you. We will bear the total cost of the case. We will send you a new item at no additional cost, and if you no longer need the item, we will refund the entire order upon return for the order amount total to the card you used while shopping. If you have ordered wrong product and want to exchange then return shipping charges are your responsibility.

The product should not be used. Once we have received the product, we will refund the order amount. on the card, you used when you made the purchase.

 

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, unopened and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with case charges, so please note if you return a product that has case charges, our actual case creation costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Original case charges may be waived if exchanging for another item of same or greater value.

 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  • DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

  • EXCHANGES

  • RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

 

These policies supersede policies appearing on all other literature.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your Product has to be serviced or returned.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.

All products to be returned must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Certain products such as raised toilet seats, commodes, erection aids, pillows, cushions, personal care products, etc., may not be returned due to hygiene issues. Due to manufacturers' return policies, titanium wheelchairs, custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment may be returned for repairs only - no refunds or exchanges can be made at any time.
