Shipping Policy

THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR USA ORDER.

At NextDay we strive to offer you the best shipping options regardless of your location.

When you place an order, you will receive updates on the status and shipping details, along with the tracking number (via email) once the order has shipped.

Processing time:

Processing time starts from the date the order is placed. Usually within 2 hours of processing your order. Orders placed after 5PM EST Friday will be processed on Monday. We are unable to process orders on Saturday or Sunday. Once processed, we will proceed to shipping. Every effort is made to ship your order quickly. The deadline for ordering is (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York).

The shipping options displayed during the checkout process are based on the items in your shopping cart. Shipping options may vary depending on the items or combination of items being purchased. Some flammable products may be ineligible for expedited shipping methods that require air shipment. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules.

If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pick up the cost of ground shipping on all shipments following the original order. All oversized and food based item charges apply.

Late ship times do not apply with Backorder Products. Backorder products are in pending status for fulfillment and if not canceled, a cancelation for late shipment may not be upheld.

 

Delivery time:

Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 3pm should be received within next business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

We can ship to virtually almost any address in the United States via Next Day Shipping.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. it is to note that these are just estimates and should not be taken as a promise, we ship all orders standard shipping. it is due to warehouse locations that allow for the Next Day Shipping

Shipping Charges are also not for "Next Day Shipping.": Shipping charges are implemented and given due to the Customization Possibilities within our site. All Pricing excludes the Shipping Cost with/for products in order to allow customers to customize their cases to their specifications. and also allow customers to purchase as much and as little as they need. Giving every customer Equal Pricing.

Estimated time to ship reflects: "order processing time and delivery with a following business day available", not "delivery time". 

Regarding the delivery service zone:

Currently, our delivery services are only available to locations within the USA.

 

Delivery costs:

We offer Free Delivery on All Order(s)

We charge case charges: $5 per Case completed, $6 for incomplete cases

Cases are determined by the amount of cartons or containers per case, to complete a case. You must add to your cart the amount of cartons or containers that it would have, if you were to buy a Case for that specific product. you can find this unit of measure when you go to a products page, click on the case option which then shows how many units are in a case.

Some products have different case unit measures. if the case unit measure is different then the other products you have in cart. The system recognizes items by a value of 24 units, if higher or lower. It could increase or decrease the completed case value. To find this out: Divide the amount of units in the products case by 24 using this formula: 24/X, then take that number and it will equal to how much 1 unit of the item is registered in our system compared to 24. 

Case Charge:

Our $6 per case charge for food products isn't related to shipping; it covers storage, packing, and product expiration. This pricing structure—Unit Pricing plus $6 per case—covers our case assembly costs and allows you to customize your order according to your preferences: different flavors, nutrition options, and brands. Buying only one carton or container would result in a higher total per carton or container if not separated, limiting customization. Our goal is to simplify your experience, offering easy customization with various items in containers and cartons. Thank you for choosing us for your customizable orders. Also, as a Benefit for completing cases as set fourth by the product intended of purchase. We Reduce the case charge to $5!

Order tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. If you do not receive this email, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service. Delivery failure:

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (such as providing an incorrect shipping address or unavailability to receive the package), or if the customer refuses to accept delivery, the package is returned to sender (NextDay) at the customer's expense. These costs include any shipping costs incurred, which will be deducted from the total order amount to be refunded.

 

Change of delivery address:

Once your order is on its way, we can no longer change the delivery address. If you would like to change the delivery location, please contact us within one day of placing your order at contact@nextdayboost.com or call us on +1 (203) 693-8870.

 

After receiving your order:

Upon receipt, please carefully inspect the package and its contents to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for the goods as 'Damaged' and then contact us immediately.

 

Order Cancellation:

We're sorry to hear that you want to cancel your order! If your order has not yet been shipped, you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to request a refund as soon as you receive the order. Please see our returns and refund policy for more information.

 

Gift Wrapping:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a gift-wrapping service.

 

Holidays:

Please note that we do not deliver on holidays. Your package will be delivered the next working day.

 

Tax:

Allsports-outlet.com does not charge you any additional taxes.
