THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR USA ORDER.

Processing time:

Usually within 2 hours of processing your order. Orders placed after 3PM EST Friday will be processed on Monday. We are unable to process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Most orders for in-stock items will ship within 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified in the product's detail page or in the checkout process. We are unable to process orders on Saturday or Sunday.

The shipping options displayed during the checkout process are based on the items in your shopping cart. Shipping options may vary depending on the items or combination of items being purchased. Some flammable products may be ineligible for expedited shipping methods that require air shipment. We reserve the right to choose the appropriate carrier based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules.

If a backorder causes your order to be sent in more than one shipment, we pick up the cost of ground shipping on all shipments following the original order. All oversized and food based item charges apply.
Late ship times do not apply with Backorder Products. Backorder products are in pending status for fulfillment and if not canceled, a return for late shipment may not be upheld.

Backordered Items are Held due to lack of Inventory from Manufacturer, and can be seen as the notification/status of: "Waiting for Shipment." and will be sent out when supply comes in.

We can ship to virtually almost any address in the United States via Next Day Shipping. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Some products may also take longer to source which would change the estimated time of arrival, but not the shipping itself.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. it is to note that these are just estimates and should not be taken as a promise, we ship all orders standard shipping. it is due to warehouse locations that allow for the Next Day Shipping

Shipping Charges are also not for "Next Day Shipping.": Shipping charges are implemented and given due to the Customization Possibilities within our site. All Pricing excludes the Shipping Cost with/for products in order to allow customers to customize their cases to their specifications. and also allow customers to purchase as much and as little as they need. Giving every customer Equal Pricing.

Estimated time to ship reflects: "order processing time and delivery with a following business day available", not "delivery time". Total time to delivery depends on 3rd parties such as Shipping Carries, Good Weather and Fulfillment having stock of item.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are flat rate based versus true weight base. This difference allows us to have lower shipping costs than the average store. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Delivery Costs:

We offer Free Delivery on All Order(s)

We charge case charges: 5$ per Case completed, 6$ for incomplete cases

 

Failed Delivery

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the order's total to be refunded.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER

You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. If you find the parcel damaged or incomplete, you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

 

BANK HOLIDAYS

We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
